We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Australia and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of L’UREVES.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

In no event shall L’UREVES, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Delivery Times and Costs
We are currently running a promotion, offering free shipping on all orders.
We aim to dispatch all items from Italy, which is where all our products are located, within 24 hours of any order being received. Upon dispatch you will receive an email notification with estimated delivery date and time, and tracking details. Some items in our collection might take longer than 24 hours to be dispatched. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as your order has been received.
Our deliveries take between 3 and 5 business days to any Australian major destinations. Inland areas might take a bit longer, depending on how remote these are.
All our deliveries are fully insured, ensuring peace of mind and a complete refund if the item is not in its original conditions when delivered, or lost. Our shipping partners are trusted organisations and offer shipping worldwide.
Tax and Duties
Please note that all our products are located in Italy and will be shipped directly to you within 24hrs from your order being received.
All jewellery products imported from overseas into Australia are subject to GST, Duty Tax and Government Entry Fee.
Our prices do not include GST, Duty Tax and the Australian Government Entry Fee (charged by Australian Customs and the Australian Government).
- GST is charged at 10% of the value of the product imported
Product value = AUD$1,000 > GST = AUD$100
- Import duty tax is charged at 5% of the value of the product imported
Product value = AUD$1,000 > Import Duty Tax = AUD$50
- Government entry fee
$83AUD – product value between $1,000 and $10,000
$185AUD – product value above $10,000
Taking the example of a jewellery item priced at $1,000:
GST = AUD$100
Import Duty Tax = AUD$50
Government Fee = AUD$83
TOTAL = AUD$233
You will be notified you as soon as your jewellery has arrived in Australia by either our shipping partners or Australian Customs who will help with the process.

Our delivery time starts from when an order is received and includes a period of up to 24 hours where the order will be processed and the item dispatched from our warehouse. We will send you a notification and tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Returns and Exchanges
We make returns and exchanges easy to deal with. We offer free returns within 7 days from the day in which the product is delivered. During this period customers have time to choose whether they would like to keep the item purchased or return it.
To return an item, simply contact us at email@example.com and one of our staff will be in touch to support with the return process.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, and with all L’UREVES and designer tags attached. A sale will be deemed finalised if any tags has been broken or removed, or if the item has been used, it is incomplete, no longer in its original conditions, or if the 7 day period has expired.
When the item reaches our warehouse, our experts will screen the returned jewellery to ensure all conditions above are met and to organise the refund or exchange. Items that do not meet our return policy criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

L’UREVES do not accept any item sent back without prior consultation and notification.
Receiving a Refund
Your refund will be credited to the same payment details used when purchasing the item, or as store credit to your L’UREVES account.
Please note that custom duties and tax are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
All items returned must be new, unused and with all L’UREVES and designer tags still attached. A sale will be deemed final if this seal has been broken, or if the item is used or incomplete. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products on L’UREVES.com.au as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display color completely accurately.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
