Do you have a physical store?
We don’t have a physical store, however if you’d like to see a sample of our jewellery in person please email us at email@example.com so we can arrange a time to meet.
Does the jewellery come in different sizes?
Our jewellery pieces are handmade and therefore unique. In most cases we stock 1 item per piece. To know if our jewellery fits you, please check the size of the item within the “Additional information” section of each product page. You can also check our size guide page for more information.
Some of our objects size can be adjusted. To find out which ones, please get in touch via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help.
Orders and Returns
How do I place an order?
Placing an order with L’UREVES is easy and can be done by following these steps:
- Select the item you like and click on “Add to cart”
- Once the item has been added to your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart (trolley) icon located on the top right of the screen and click on “View cart”
- Click the “Proceed to checkout” button located in your shopping cart
- Enter your personal details, shipping address and click on “Proceed to Paypal”
- Once in Paypal, enter your credit card details or login to complete payment
- After payment is complete, make sure you click the “Return to Seller’s Website” link to go back to L’UREVES and complete the order
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need an account to place your order, you can check out as a guest.

What if I bought the wrong size, I don’t like it, or if I change my mind and want to return an item?
No problem! You have 7 days from delivery day to return the item.
Please ensure your items are returned new, unused and with all L’UREVES and/or designer tags still attached.
Once we have received the item, our experts will review it and confirm if the item meets the requirements for refund.

How much does shipping cost?
We are currently running a promotion offering free shipping.
How long will it take for my jewellery to be delivered?
It takes 3 to 5 business days from the day we receive an order for our jewellery to be delivered door to door.
Is my jewellery safe when travelling?
Yes, it is 100% safe. Our jewellery is carefully packaged in boxes specifically designed to protect it when travelling. Our shipping partners, FedEx and TNT Express, are trusted shipping companies worldwide.
All our pieces are also fully insured, ensuring 100% refund of the object price.
How do I track my delivery?
We will provide you with tracking details. These will be sent via email, to the same email address provided to us during the check-out process.
What are the shipping methods available?
Our shipping partners, FedEx and TNT Express, ship via air. We provide express delivery to speed up the shipping process and reduce the time it takes for jewellery to get to your door.
Do you ship internationally?
We only sell to Australia currently. However, if you’re outside Australia and interested in purchasing a particular product let us know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
What are the payment options?
All our payments are processed through PayPal.
Click on the ‘Place the order’ button in your cart and you will be redirected to the PayPal site, where you can either pay using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners, etc..) or log into your Paypal account to complete the transaction.
Once the transaction is complete, you will have to click on ‘Return to Seller’s Website’ for the order to be completed.
